Several years ago my weight slowly increased to over 200 pounds until I ultimately landed in size 18 pants. I tried everything to lose the weight.

NUTRITIONAL ANALYSIS

A custom in-depth nutritional analysis used to determine the best nutrition plan for your body type. This, along with your personal food preferences, is used to analyze your overall nutrition needs. Once the analysis is complete a full nutritional plan is created including meal plans, recipes, grocery lists and meal timing.

VIP INTENSIVE COACHING SESSION

During this 90 minute coaching session, your custom nutrition plan will be shared and explained. Along with how to best integrate your new health, fitness and nutrition plan into your current lifestyle. This session will also be used to address and eliminate known pitfalls that exist when beginning new eating and exercise plans.

CUSTOM MEAL PLANS & RECIPES

Based on your nutrition blueprint, 30 days of custom dietitian approved meal plans are created to get you started on the journey to healthy eating. Meal plans also include recipes, grocery lists and meal timing recommendations based on your lifestyle.

WEEKLY COACHING SESSIONS

Weekly coaching sessions will help you to integrate your new nutrition and fitness plan into your current lifestyle. For each of the 4 weeks, you’ll also receive tips and hacks around meal prep, avoiding pitfalls, managing your new schedule, incorporating the family, etc.

SUPPLEMENT RECOMMENDATION

90% of Americans have some type of nutrient deficiency because of improper food digestion. With this, suggestions on additional nutrient supplements are provided to ensure that nutrient deficiencies are addressed.

FITNESS RECOMMENDATION

Fitness plan recommendations based on your genetic body. These include exercise, timing, duration and intensity regarding cardio, strength and stretching routines needed to support your goal.
