Return and Exchange Policy

Shipping Delays: For orders placed in our online store, please allow additional delivery time from our shipping partners (Fedex, USPS and UPS). If items are backordered, purchaser will be notified via email or phone and provided options for modifying the order. Returns/Exchanges: Our Kangoo Jumps distribution centers will allow for returns and exchanges according to the following return policy:
  • A cleaning, disinfecting and restocking fee of $50 per pair of boots will be charged and/or deducted from the amount refunded to the purchaser.
  • If the purchaser received a one time free shipping incentive, the original shipping cost will be deducted from the amount refund to the purchaser.
  • Purchaser is responsible for paying for the return of the boots to the Kangoo Jumps distribution center.
  • Items must be returned to the Kangoo Jumps distribution center within 5 days of receipt.
  • Purchaser must request a refund or exchange via email at
  • Boots must be in new condition without any signs of outdoor usage or wear on the soles, or t-springs.
  • No returns on fitness wear, accessories, and parts.
  • No returns on custom boot configurations
