Bounce Class: Edition 110 (2 Min Tuesday Session)

Let's Bounce!

A great fusion of HIIT and choreography. All routines are choreography based, but include repeating high energy movements (and rest) for an average of 2 minutes per segment. Approx 33 minutes for all levels, however, especially suited for those wanting to build cardio endurance. Be sure to have a bottle of water and a towel close by. Let’s Bounce!
