Do you love running, jogging or walking (or the thought of it) but hate the knee (and other joint) pain afterwards? Bounce Fitness Run Club is your solution!
Our Signature ‘Bounce Run Method’ is an innovative system that is perfect for both first time runners and experienced runners looking to run with less impact to their joints. If your goal is to complete a 5k or 10k, but don’t want to deal with the whole “R.I.C.E. routine” — Rest, Ice, Compress, Elevation. Or, if you just want to consistently add jogging into your fitness routine, then Bounce Run Club is where to start.
Fun Facts About Running In Rebound Boots
Rebound boots were originally engineered for runners and athletes who were rehabbing from injuries, to allow them a way to continue to run and train without additional injury.
Kangoo Jumps rebound boots absorb up to 80% of the joint impact of running on hard surfaces, reducing the likelihood of overtraining.
When running with rebound boots, users can burn up to 25% more calories than running without the boots and are able to reduce training time.

In our signature programs, participants learn how to effectively navigate training in rebound boots while progressing from waking into bouncing a 5k (3.1 miles) fun run.

MEET YOUR RUN COACH, KANDICE!
Hi I’m Kandice Shelton, creator of Bounce Fitness Club and also a certified fitness & nutrition professional.
About 6 years ago, I was running my 3rd half marathon and injured my knee mid-race…around mile 7. I slowed down and eventually started walking.
Ultimately, I limped across the finish line, pick up my medal and went straight to the medic tent. Little did I know it would take my knee over a year to fully heal.
Fortunately, I learned about rebounding boots and started running again. After doing countless 5k and 10K races, including the Peachtree Road Race twice, I signed up and ran a half marathon in my boots.
It was great! No knee pain, issues or injury after running 13.1 miles!
With my experience as a personal trainer and group fitness professional, coupled with my personal experience running hundred of miles in rebound boots, I now coach others on their journey to run (or walk) without impact and injury to their joints.

Our classes are offered outdoors, weather permitting, at a Smyrna area park at 5500 Nickajack Road, Smyrna, GA 30126. Or at our Mableton studio, at 1303 Veterans Memorial Highway, SE, Mableton, GA 30126. Class times are:
- Tuesdays 7:15 pm
- Saturdays 9:00 am
